My Timeless Pieces

Florida · three counties · by appointment

A luxury watch dealer for Florida, by appointment.

I buy, sell, trade, and source luxury watches from an office in Brickell and meet clients in their own county: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. If you are anywhere else in Florida, the prepaid, insured FedEx label does the driving and the process is the same.

  • Appointments Monday to Saturday, in the client's county
  • A personal reply to your photos within 1 business day
  • A prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label, fully insured, for the rest of the state
  • Paid by wire within 24 hours of inspection, or certified check

Who this page is for

Anywhere in Florida, one process.

This page is for anyone in Florida with a luxury watch to sell, trade, or source who wants to know whether I cover their area and what a meeting actually involves. The three county pages each describe one county. This page puts the whole service area in one place, with the shipping alternative for everyone outside it.

The short version: I meet clients in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Each county has its own habit, described below. Outside those three counties, from the Keys to the Panhandle, I send a prepaid, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight label and inspect the watch at my desk the day it arrives.

Either way it starts with the appraisal form. Send photos and the reference, and I reply myself within 1 business day with a number and the reasoning behind it. Then you choose: drive, or ship.

What holds across the state

Five things that do not change with your ZIP code.

Your county, not mine

In the three counties I come to you. The office in Brickell is there for clients who prefer it, not a condition of the sale.

By appointment, Monday to Saturday

No walk-ins, no counter, no queue. One time, one quiet room, one watch on the table.

The label for the rest of Florida

Prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight on my account, insured, signed for at both ends, in plain unbranded packaging. USA only.

Inspected in person before any money moves

Case, movement, papers, and serials, in front of you or at my desk the day the box arrives.

Paid within 24 hours of inspection

Wire or certified check, your choice. No deal, and the watch goes back to you insured, at my cost.

Meet or ship

How to choose between the drive and the label.

Both routes end at the same desk. The question is who moves: you, me, or FedEx.

  1. 01

    Send the photos first

Dial, case back, clasp, card or papers. I reply within 1 business day with a number and the reasoning. Nothing else happens until you have that.

  2. 02

If you are in the three counties, meet

Pick a time, Monday to Saturday. I come to your county, or you come to Brickell. You watch the inspection and nothing is shipped.

  3. 03

If you are elsewhere in Florida, ship

I email a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label. The parcel is insured and signed for at both ends. I open it on camera and inspect the same day.

  4. 04

    Get paid either way

The photos match the watch and the offer stands. Wire within 24 hours of inspection, or a certified check.

The detail

Florida, county by county, and then the rest.

What by appointment means here

There is no storefront. I work from an office in Brickell and meet clients Monday to Saturday, in their county, at a time we set in advance. A meeting is one watch, or one collection, on a table in a quiet room with no one waiting behind you. It is also private: I never discuss client identities or transactions, and the packaging on anything shipped is plain and unbranded.

The appointment is the second step, never the first. The first is the appraisal form, because I will not quote a number without photos and I will not ask you to drive before you have one.

Miami-Dade: offices in Brickell, residences in Coral Gables

Most of my book is in Miami-Dade, so this is the county where meeting is easiest to arrange. I meet at offices in Brickell and at residences in Coral Gables, and my own office is in Brickell for anyone who would rather come to me. Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, and Coconut Grove each have a city page with the specifics.

Broward: I drive up

Broward clients tend to be longer-time collectors with pieces they have owned for years. For an appraisal I drive up, and for everything else the insured courier does the work. Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Weston, and Pembroke Pines are the cities I have written about so far.

Palm Beach: Boca twice a month, the island around the season

I am in Boca Raton twice a month, which makes Boca, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach the simplest Palm Beach appointments to fit. For Palm Beach proper I schedule around the season, when the clients who keep a second home there are in residence. Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Wellington are reached the same way, by appointment.

The rest of Florida: the label

Outside the three counties the process does not change, only the transport. Once we agree a number from the photos, I email a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label on my account. The parcel is insured, signed for at both ends, and travels in plain packaging. I open it on camera the day it arrives and inspect the watch exactly as I would across a desk. If we do not agree after inspection, it goes back the same way, insured, at my cost. Shipping is USA only, in both directions.

Buying and trading from anywhere in the state

The same geography applies if you are buying. Every watch I sell is authenticated in person before it ships and guaranteed genuine. Remote buyers get photos, video, and a call before anything moves, and an inspection window on arrival, stated in the terms. In South Florida I hand-deliver. A trade works the same way as a sale: your watch is credited against the catalog or a piece I source, and the meeting or the label handles the handover.

When a meeting is not the right call

If you are in the three counties but the watch is a straightforward modern reference with its card, the label is often faster than finding a date that suits us both, and the inspection is the same. If you are outside the counties and want to watch the inspection, drive to Brickell; I will make the time. If the piece is sentimental, keep it. If it is a fashion-brand watch or a smartwatch, I will say so in the reply and save you the trip.

What to bring, or what to pack

  • The watch, with the bracelet and clasp it is being sold with.
  • The warranty card or papers, the box, and any service receipts.
  • Spare links and the original strap or buckle if you have them.
  • For the label: the watch and papers in the inner box, nothing loose, the FedEx label on the outside only.

Anywhere in Florida

Send the photos. I will tell you whether to drive or ship.

A real number with the reasoning, in 1 business day. Then an appointment in your county or a prepaid insured label. Paid within 24 hours of inspection.
