Trade instead of sell
If the goal is a different watch rather than cash, the same inspection sets the credit against the catalog or a piece I source for you. Purchased pieces are hand delivered to South Florida residents at no charge, so the swap can happen in one sitting.
When selling to a dealer is not the right call
If you have the time and patience for a private sale, you may do better, and I will tell you when I think so. If the watch carries more memory than market, keep it. If it is a replica, I will say so and decline it.
