Who this page is for
The northern end of the map, by name.
This page is for anyone in Palm Beach Gardens with a watch to sell or trade. The city is one of four my Palm Beach County page names, and it is the northern end of the line I use to describe the whole service area: Aventura to Boca Raton, Coral Springs to Palm Beach Gardens. It is an inland city in the north of the county, with I-95 and Florida's Turnpike both passing through it and both exiting at PGA Boulevard, so there is no bridge between you and the interstate.
Start with the appraisal form. Photos, the reference, and what you know. I read every submission myself and reply within 1 business day with a number and the reasoning.
Then pick a route. I'm in Boca twice a month and schedule the rest of Palm Beach County around the season, so an appointment in the Gardens is arranged, not dropped in. Or take the label: prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight, insured to the declared value, signature at both ends. Payment follows within 24 hours of inspection either way.

What you can count on
Four promises that reach the Gardens.
On the map, by appointment
Palm Beach Gardens is named on my county page. I meet clients in their county, not mine; Boca is twice a month, and the rest of the county is scheduled around the season.
The label does the Turnpike for you
A prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label on my account, insured to the declared value, signature required at both ends. You never drive south.
Inspected by the person who pays
I open shipped boxes on camera and check case, movement, papers, and serials myself. In person, you watch the same check.
Wire or check within 24 hours of inspection
You choose how. If we do not make a deal, the watch returns insured, at my cost.
The basics
Brands, exclusions, photos, and the appointment bag.
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin
Submariner, Daytona, Nautilus, Royal Oak, Overseas. Reference, serial era, papers, and service history carry the offer; each has its own page under Sell.
Omega, Breitling, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, Zenith
Speedmaster and Seamaster, Navitimer and Chronomat, Santos and Tank, Reverso, Black Bay, Luminor, Portugieser, El Primero. All get a real number.
Not bought
Smartwatches, fashion-brand watches, and projects without provenance. The reply says so before anyone travels.
Photos that settle the number
Dial straight on in daylight, case back, clasp open with the code, the serial, and the card or papers next to the watch.
For an appointment
The watch, box, warranty card or papers, extra links, and any service receipts. What is missing changes the offer; it does not end the conversation.
Selling or trading
Say which. The inspection is the same; the result is a wire or a credit against the catalog or a sourced piece.
How it works
Four steps from PGA Boulevard.

The detail
What a Palm Beach Gardens seller should know.
How an appointment works from Palm Beach Gardens
Palm Beach Gardens is one of the four cities named on my Palm Beach County page, and the northern name on the service-area page. That is a statement of reach, not a shop address: there is no storefront here or anywhere else. I meet clients in their county, not mine. I'm in Boca twice a month and schedule the rest of the county around the season, so a date in the Gardens is agreed after I have replied to your photos.
The city is easy to reach by car. Both I-95 and the Turnpike run through it and exit at PGA Boulevard, and no bridge is involved. For you, the practical question is only whether a planned date or an overnight box suits the week better.
Or ship it: the label, the insurance, the camera
The label is prepaid on my FedEx account, Priority Overnight, insured to the declared value, with a signature required at both ends. Pack the watch, print the label, hand the box to FedEx. USA only.
I open it on camera, so the condition on arrival is recorded before the watch is touched. If we do not make a deal, it returns by the same service, with the same insurance, at no charge to you.
What I buy, and what I do not
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, and Zenith. Not smartwatches, not fashion-brand watches, not projects without provenance. The brand pages explain what moves each offer, from serial eras on a Rolex to Master Chronometer cards on an Omega.
What to prepare before you write
Five photos: dial straight on in daylight, case back, clasp open, the serial, and the papers beside the watch. Add what you know about service and replaced parts, and whether the bracelet has all its links. An honest blank beats a guess.
Trade instead of sell
If the real goal is a different watch, the same inspection produces trade credit instead of a wire. Put it against anything in the catalog or a piece I source to order. The trade page explains how both numbers are set.
When selling to a dealer is not the right call
A patient private sale can bring more than a dealer pays, if you have the months for it, and I will say so when I see the watch. A piece you are not ready to let go of should stay on your wrist; the appraisal costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A replica gets a straight answer and no offer.
How to prepare your submission
- Dial straight on in daylight, no flash.
- Case back, clasp open with the code, and the serial.
- Card or papers beside the watch, or say they are missing.
- Service history, replaced parts, and bracelet links, as far as you know.
- Appointment in Palm Beach County or the label: say which you prefer.
