Jupiter · Palm Beach County · by appointment
Sell your watch in Jupiter, without the drive south.
Jupiter is the far north of the three counties I serve. That is my drive, not yours: I am in Boca twice a month and schedule the rest of Palm Beach County around the season. Or skip the meeting and use the insured label.
- An appointment in Palm Beach County; I meet clients in their county
- Prepaid, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight label, USA only
- Your photos answered personally within 1 business day

Who this is for
Selling from the top of the county.
Jupiter is a town at the northern end of Palm Beach County, on the mainland at the inlet where the Loxahatchee River reaches the Atlantic. Indiantown Road connects it to I-95, the Turnpike, and US-1. This page is for anyone there with a luxury watch to sell or trade in.
Start with the appraisal form: photos of the dial, case back, clasp, and papers, plus the reference if you can read it. I reply personally within 1 business day with an offer and the reasons for it.
Then pick the route. An appointment in your county, which for Jupiter means me coming north, scheduled around the season. Or a prepaid insured FedEx label, which turns a long drive into a trip to the nearest FedEx counter. Either way the watch is inspected in person before the offer is final.

Why this works from Jupiter
Distance is my problem to solve.
I come to your county
I meet clients in their county, not mine. In Palm Beach County I am in Boca twice a month and schedule the rest around the season. Jupiter is a longer run north, and that is on me.
The label makes the distance disappear
Prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight, insured to declared value, signature at both ends. Drop it at a counter and it is on my desk the next morning.
Inspected by hand, on camera
A shipped box is opened on camera and the watch inspected the same day: case, movement, papers, serials. At an appointment you watch me do it.
Wire within 24 hours of inspection
Or a certified check the same day. If we do not agree, the watch goes back on the same insured service at my cost.
The basics
Brands, exceptions, and what to have ready.
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega
Submariner to Sky-Dweller, Nautilus and Aquanaut, Royal Oak, Santos and Tank, Speedmaster and Seamaster. Each has a page under sell.
Breitling, Vacheron, JLC, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, Zenith
Navitimer, Overseas, Reverso, Black Bay and Pelagos, Luminor, Portuguese, El Primero. All bought, all inspected in person.
Not bought
Smartwatches, fashion-brand watches, and projects without provenance. I would rather say no from the photos than after a drive.
Photograph these
Dial straight on in daylight, case back, clasp open so the code shows, and the card or papers beside the watch. No flash.
Bring these to an appointment
The watch, papers or card, box if you have it, spare links, and service receipts. Missing items are fine; say so in the form.
The process
Four steps, Jupiter to paid.
01
Get an offer
Submit the form with photos and the reference. I reply personally within 1 business day with a number, not a range.
02
Meet me, or ship it
An appointment in Palm Beach County, scheduled around the season; I am in Boca twice a month and come north from there. Or a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label.
03
Inspect and confirm
Shipped watches are opened on camera on arrival. In person, I check case, movement, papers, and serials with you watching. Then I confirm or explain what changed.
04
Get paid
Wire within 24 hours of inspection, or a certified check the same day. No deal, and the watch returns insured, no charge to you.
Meet or ship
The choice from Jupiter, side by side.
| Criteria | Meet in Palm Beach County | Ship on the label |
|---|---|---|
| Who arranges it | We agree a date; I drive to your county | I email a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label |
| Insurance | The watch stays with you until we agree | Fully insured to declared value, signature both ends |
| Inspection | In front of you at the appointment | Box opened on camera, inspected the same day |
| Timing | Around the season and my Palm Beach County calendar | Next morning after the FedEx drop |
| Suits you when | You want to see the inspection and settle in one sitting | The distance is the obstacle and you want it done this week |
The label is USA only. Purchased pieces are hand delivered to South Florida residents free.
How an appointment works from Jupiter
I meet clients in their county, not mine. In Palm Beach County I am in Boca twice a month, and I schedule the rest of the county around the season. Jupiter is as far north as the service area goes, so give me the weeks that suit you and I build the trip around them.
The town sits on the mainland at the Jupiter Inlet, with Indiantown Road running out to I-95 and the Turnpike. The question is only whether you want to wait for a date. If not, the label is faster.
Or ship it: the label, the insurance, the camera
The label is prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight, insured to the declared value we settle before it moves, with a signature at pickup and delivery. Drop the box at a counter and keep the receipt. I open it on camera the morning it arrives and inspect the watch the same day. No deal, and it goes back the way it came, insured, at my cost.
What I buy, and what I do not
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, and Zenith. Modern or vintage, steel or gold, with papers or without. Not smartwatches, fashion-brand watches, or projects without provenance; those get a polite no in the first reply.
What to prepare before you write
Find the reference between the lugs and the warranty card or papers. Recall any service and any replaced parts. Photograph the dial, case back, open clasp, and papers in daylight, and send the form.
Trade instead of sell
If the aim is a different watch rather than cash, the appraisal becomes trade credit against anything in the catalog, or against a piece sourced for you. The trade page explains how both numbers are set and when a trade beats a sale.
When selling to a dealer is not the right call
If you have time and tolerance for risk, a private sale can bring more. If the watch carries family history and the money is not needed, keep it. If it is a replica, I decline it, and so should any buyer you approach.
How to prepare your submission
- Dial straight on in daylight, no flash.
- Case back and the reference engraved between the lugs.
- Clasp open, code and end links visible.
- Warranty card or papers beside the watch, or a note that they are gone.
- Service history and replaced parts, or say you do not know.
- Appointment in Palm Beach County, or the label.
