Miami Beach · Miami-Dade · by appointment
Sell your watch in Miami Beach.
Miami Beach is one of the cities the Miami-Dade page names, and most of my book is in this county. I meet at offices in Brickell and residences in Coral Gables, by appointment, or I send a prepaid insured FedEx label so the watch crosses the causeway without you.
- Appointments in Miami-Dade, Monday to Saturday
- Prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured, USA only
- A personal reply within 1 business day

Who this page is for
Across the bay from the office, and on the county page by name.
This page is for someone in Miami Beach with a watch to sell or trade. The city sits on a barrier island across Biscayne Bay from downtown, and the MacArthur and Julia Tuttle causeways are the usual roads over. The county page names Miami Beach among the cities served.
The first step does not depend on where you live. Fill in the appraisal form with photos and what you know about the watch. I read every submission myself and reply within 1 business day with a number and the reasons behind it.
After that, you choose how the inspection happens. An appointment in Miami-Dade, where I meet at offices in Brickell and residences in Coral Gables, or a prepaid insured label so FedEx makes the crossing instead of you. The offer does not change with the route.

What you get
What stays the same on either side of the causeway.
Offices in Brickell, residences in Coral Gables
That is how most of my Miami-Dade appointments happen. Monday to Saturday by appointment; after-hours by request.
Insured shipping on my account
A prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label, insured to the declared value, signature required at pickup and at delivery. USA only.
Inspected by hand, on camera if shipped
Case, movement, serial, papers. In person you watch me do it; by post the box is opened on camera the day it arrives.
Wire or check within 24 hours of inspection
Your choice of payment. If we do not agree, the watch goes back to you on the same insured service, at my cost.
Before you write
Brands, exclusions, and what to have in hand.
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier
Bought outright or credited in trade.
Omega, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre
And Tudor, Panerai, IWC, and Zenith.
Not bought
Smartwatches, fashion-brand watches, projects without provenance. Replicas are declined.
Photos that get a firm number
Dial straight on in daylight, case back, clasp open, the serial between the lugs if readable, and the card or papers beside the watch.
For an appointment
Bring the watch, its papers or warranty card, the box, spare links, and any service receipts. Tell me in the form what is missing.
How it works
Four steps, one person.
01
Get an offer
Submit photos and details through the form. I reply personally within 1 business day with a number I can explain.
02
Ship or meet
Take the prepaid insured label, or book an appointment in Miami-Dade. I meet at offices in Brickell and residences in Coral Gables; from Miami Beach, Brickell is one causeway away.
03
Inspect and confirm
In person, I inspect in front of you. Shipped, I open the box on camera and inspect the same day. If the watch matches the photos, the offer stands.
04
Get paid
Wire or check within 24 hours of inspection. No deal, and the watch returns insured at my cost.
Meet or ship
Meet in Miami-Dade, or ship on the label.
Two routes to the same inspection, the same offer, and the same payout.
| Criteria | Meet in Miami-Dade | Ship on the label |
|---|---|---|
| Who issues what | We agree a time and a place in the county | I email a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label |
| Insurance | The watch stays with you until we shake hands | Insured to declared value, signature at both ends |
| Where it is inspected | In front of you | At my desk, box opened on camera |
| Your part | Bring the watch, papers, box, and links | Pack it, hand it to FedEx, keep the tracking number |
| Choose it when | You want to see the inspection and ask questions | Causeway traffic or travel makes the trip a chore |
The detail
Selling from Miami Beach, in plain terms.
How an appointment works from Miami Beach
I meet clients in their county, not mine. Most of my book is in Miami-Dade, and the pattern is offices in Brickell and residences in Coral Gables, by appointment, Monday to Saturday, after hours by request. Miami Beach is on the island side of Biscayne Bay; the MacArthur Causeway runs from the south end of the island to downtown, and the Julia Tuttle carries I-195 from the middle of the island to I-95. Brickell is a short crossing either way. You watch the inspection, and if the watch is as your photos showed it, the written offer holds.
Or ship it: the label, the insurance, the camera
If you would rather skip the drive, I send a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label on my account, insured to the declared value, with a signature at pickup and again at my door. USA only. I open the box on camera and inspect the watch the day it arrives. If we do not make a deal, the watch goes straight back on the same insured service, and the cost is mine.
What I buy, and what I do not
Bought: Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Panerai, IWC, and Zenith. Not bought: smartwatches, fashion-brand watches, and projects without provenance. No papers is not a problem on its own. No history that holds together is.
What to prepare before you write
Good photos shorten everything: daylight, no flash, the shots listed at the end of this page. Say what you know about service, and whether you want cash or credit toward another piece.
Trade instead of sell
If the goal is a different watch rather than a wire, mark the form as a trade. I credit your current piece against anything in the catalog or against a watch sourced to order. The appraisal is identical; the trade page explains how the credit is applied.
When selling to a dealer is not the right call
A private sale can net more if you have the months and the patience, and I will tell you so when I see the piece. A watch that matters for who wore it belongs on your wrist, not in my offer. A replica is declined.
How to prepare your submission
- Dial straight on in daylight, no flash.
- Case back, and the serial between the lugs if you can read it.
- Clasp open, inside visible.
- Warranty card or papers beside the watch, or a note that they are missing.
- Box, spare links, and service receipts, listed.
- Meet in Miami-Dade or ship on the label: tell me which.
Miami Beach
A real number, then your choice of causeway or courier.
Send the photos. I reply within 1 business day, and from there it is an appointment in Miami-Dade or a prepaid insured label, whichever suits you.
